Our first priority is to ensure all our travelers have a safe experience. We’ve taken the best industry and government advice to create our Safe Tour Operating Protocols.
If a tour departure is cancelled due to Covid-19 government travel restrictions, Premier Golf & Wine will transfer your deposit to a future tour date of your choosing.
If your tour is not affected by Covid-19 restrictions our standard cancellation conditions apply.
Tour price & confirmation
Tour prices are quoted in $NZ. New Zealand GST (Goods & Services Tax) of 15% is included in tour costs.
The non-refundable deposit payment of 20% of the tour cost confirms your booking and acknowledges your agreement to our terms and conditions.
Terms of business are by prepayment of all tour costs.
Balance of fare
The balance of tour price is due to Premier Golf and Wine Ltd fourteen days before the tour starts. If the full tour price is not received by this date, we reserve the right to cancel your tour and retain the deposit. Tour reservations can be made within fourteen days provided full payment is made at time of booking.
Cancellation fees depend on when Premier Golf and Wine receives notification of a cancellation:
Bookings cancelled more than fourteen days before departure can be refunded with a $20 (per transaction) penalty.
Bookings cancelled between fourteen days and 48hrs from the tour date can be reissued or changed to a different date or time at no extra cost, subject to availability.
Bookings cancelled within 48hrs or less of tour departure 100% of tour cost.
No refunds will be made after travel has commenced.

We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard. Please note, payment of balance of fare made by Visa or Mastercard will incur additional fees.
All tour prices are based on schedules, fares and tariffs current at the time of quotation. Premier Golf and Wine Ltd reserves the right to vary the cost of tours if necessary for component cost increase. Tour costing will be guaranteed at the price prevailing at the date of final payment.
Bring a soft bag or small day pack that can be easily stowed on the van for your rain jacket, sunhat, camera and other items. If you are traveling with your own golf clubs please advise prior to the booking date.
Dietary requests will be accepted and passed on to meal suppliers but cannot be guaranteed.
To safeguard your tour payment in the event of your having to cancel your reservation or curtail your tour we highly recommend you take out domestic cancellation insurance at the same time as you make your booking as any cancellations received will be charged according to our terms and conditions above.
